Strategy Formulation

This requires a process of determining the appropriate business you should be in, which include establishing the organization's vision and mission.
We use a systematic approach to formulate the business strategy through eight stages which consists of:
- Formulate organization's mission
- Complete the organization's current position towards its product scope, market scope, geographical scope, or technological scope
- Conduct environmental scanning to define current opportunities within the industry, current threats which have to be faced by the organization, as well as the future threats and opportunities
- Conduct an organizational diagnosis which includes the organization's key success factors among other competitors within the market
- Formulate organization's desired end-state
- Finalize a mission statement which will determine necessary changes we need to consider in order to aim the competitive advantage within the market
- Formulate the strategic action programs necessary to improve the position of the organization among other competitors in the market such as network expansion, use new technology to improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of the organization, etc
- Formulate tactical action programs and a strategic budgets such as the next year business plan, the priorities, worth of investment and the specified date to assure the program is implemented as planned, etc.
Corporate Culture Development
Corporate Culture is a unique strength of an organization that can be used by the management team in order to improve the competitiveness of the organization. According to recent research, a successful longterm organization is an organization which holds comprehensive corporate values, shared and implemented by the majority members of the organization.
